We continue to work with our outstanding team of therapists, usually one therapist each day, and are in the process of enlarging our reccommended team. All our practitioners are happy to meet you, and discuss their styles of work, informally, and without obligation.

Our team members bring with them different qualifications, approaches to wellness, and styles of massage.
All our therapists are fully qualified and fully insured.

We also maintain a large noticeboard for holistic therapists to advertise other treatments not covered by our RT2 Team.
Our reception team are very happy to show you upstairs to view this board,
you can then contact the therapists for services advertised, and receive the treatment in our therapy suite.

Monday.
We offer treatments with the very experienced Jeanette, who specializes in Sports Massage. She also does pregnancy massage,
swedish massage, and chair massage incorporating Indian Head.
Spiritual Tarot readings are available most Mondays with Rebecca D'Arcy.
Our Meditation Class runs from 1pm to 1.45pm, led by Rebecca.

Tuesday.
Our first treatment is at 10.30am, we work until 3pm with Aurelie from France. She is an outstanding Aromatherapist, very calm and patient,
with excellent attention to detail both in her blends of Aromatherapy oils, and techniques to release all knots from the muscles.
Aurelie is also qualified for Swedish Massage (without the essential oils), Reflexology, or Ear candle treatments.
After 3pm we have Leonie available, for Swedish Massage, Reiki or Reflexology treatments.
Spiritual Tarot readings are available every Tuesday with Rebecca D'Arcy.
We also offer Hot Stones Massage with Jean Fleming, a fresh style of treatment to work on deep seated pain.
Jean also offers Sports/Deep Tissue massage, Aromatherapy and Chair massage.

Wednesday.
Therapist of the day is Leonie, who offers powerful Swedish massage, Reiki healing, or Reflexology.
Leonie is also qualified to offer Hypnotherapy sessions, and has Spanish as a second language.
Our exceptionally gifted Tarot reader Jackie Curd is also available for consultations & readings.

Thursday
We are pleased to welcome Seamus to our team. He is a Bowen Technique practitioner,
which is a gentle, non-invasive type of alternative treatment.
You make yourself comfortable, fully clothed, on the treatment couch, and Seamus does the rest!
For those who prefer an oiled massage, Leonie is with us for Swedish Massage, or Reflexology.
Waterbed Massage is available with the lovely Jean, who brings her nurturing energy to this deeply relaxing treatment.
You relax on cushions filled with soothing hot water, and Jean works between the cusions and your body.
to release all the knots and tensions.
The weight of your body combined with upwards pressure releases all the knots and tensions from the musculature.

Friday.
Friday has been establised for 8 years as our Shaitsu day, so we work with our shiatsu practitioner, Donna Armstrong.
A full 3 years of study at the European School of Shiatsu has prepared her to provide firm and amazingly accurate treatments on the futon or massage chair.
Please wear comfortable cotton clothing that allows full movement to get the most out of this fully clothed treatment.
We are also offering treatments with Magnus, who specializes in African Rythms massage.
Taster sessions and Stressbuster mini-massages are available on the massage chair, longer treatments are upstairs in the Therapy Suite by appointment.
We also have Jackie with us on a Friday, for Angel & Tarot card readings.

Saturday.
We work again with Jeanette, who specializes in Sports Massage. She also does pregnancy massage,
Thai Yoga treatments, & Swedish Massage.
On some Saturdays chair massage is available on a walk-in basis with Peter courtney-Jones.
Peter May is also available for Hypnotherapy & EFT sessions. He has an amazing ability to help you to change your life!
He is happy to meet you, and discuss how his work could help you with no obligations.
We also work with Jackie on a Saturday, our exceptionally gifted Tarot reader.

Sundays.
Please note we open at 12 noon, with first treatments being at 12.30pm
Our newest massage therapist Bonnita is starting in July. She has a very caring nature, and 3 years holistic therapy experience.
She offers Aromatherapy, Reflexology & Advanced Reflexology, Earcandle Treatments and Swedish Massage.

The heady, sweetly spicy, floral fragrance of Ylang Ylang is a powerful aphrodisiac.
It has a sedative effect on the nervous system, calming anxiety & helping insomnia.

The Greeks, Egyptians and Romans all used Thyme, it is uplifting and strengthening.
The essential oil of Thyme is a powerful antiseptic & germicide, beneficial to respiratory & genito-urinary infections.
Proper dilution is important, it can irritate the skin, but is effective against lice & scabies.
It stimulates the circulation, & can combat low blood pressure, arthritis & rheumatism.
Thyme is expectorant, immunostimulant, & disinfectant when used in a room vaporiser.

Precautions
Use with care, and always dilute properly.
Avoid if pregnant, or if you have high blood pressure.
Unsuitable for children, and epileptics.

Probably the most useful of all oils used in aromatherapy, & one of the safest.
Can be used neat on the skin for immediate releif from bites & stings.
Respiratory infections, colds & ‘flu will respond well to steam inhalation of Tea Tree oil, as it is an immunostimulant, & antimicrobial.
Mouthwash or gargles will sooth and ease oral problems such as halitosis, gingivitis, thrush & ulcers.
It combats infections such as cystitis, urethritis, thrush & herpes when three to five drops are used in a bath.
Fungal infections such as athletes foot & ringworm also respond to Tea Tree Oil.

Nontoxic and nonirritant. Sensitisation is rare.

Tangerine originates from ancient times, when the fruit was gifted to Chinese officials.
The oil is calming, soothing, & one of the safest oils to use, even during pregnancy.
Good to reduce hyperactivity & fretfulness in children; eases digestion in the elderly.
Gently astringent, so also useful in dilution for greasy skin & acne.

Precautions
Very safe to use in massage, bathing or diffusers.
Avoid sunlight for 4 hours after use as the phototoxic effects are still widely debated!
